The Company

The Company was an initiate for 18-25 who had a business idea. We ran sessions to support them getting their business idea off the ground. We gave one to one support, for 12 weeks they took workshops at the Winch and went outings to the great businesses we partnered with, heard different speakers and then developed their ideas with a mentor. At the end of the 12 weeks they got to pitch to a panel of experts, for up to £1,500 in seed investment from the Winch
