You and your little one are welcome at The Winch.
Being a mum is a tough job for anyone and it can challenge even the most experienced person. We see the challenges mums face, so this is somewhere you can meet other mums who understand what you’re going through in a safe place. The first thing you’ll experience as a new mum coming to see us is a really warm welcome. When you’re ready, you can join one of the groups below. Our groups are free and you can come every week or just when you feel like it. Our groups are places mums can be supported by each other so come and join the group that feels right for you.
