The Winch collects and stores your personal information for three reasons:

To stay in contact with you about our services and other opportunities
To process your current and future room booking requests
To process any donations or other offers of support.

The Winch will not share identifiable personal details about you without your permission unless you tell us it is OK or if we are required to do so by law. We value the trusting relationships we build with our supporters.

To help keep your information safe the Winch stores personal data on a secure database or in locked cabinets. We only keep the information for as long as we need it in line with our Data Protection Policy and as long as we are required to within the law and we will dispose of it safely after this time.
