Hire the Library

Are you planning your child’s party and looking for a venue? Do you wish you had an open, naturally lit space for your yoga class?

You can hire the library outside opening hours for your class, meeting or event for 90 minutes at a cost of £75 on a weekday and weekends.

Belsize Community Library is also a great place to have a child’s party. It’s a big, light and open event space so it’s perfect for parties, classes or meetings. You’ll have it all to yourself when you book it and you’ll be shown everything you need by one of our library hosts.

• Party bookings run for 3 hours minimum at £200
• The Library can hold up to 50 people at your event.
• You’ll have 30 adult-size chairs and library sofas, use of toilets including disabled access and free wifi
• A booking does not include the children’s area, kitchen or cleaning service but they can be hired as add-ons for an additional cost.

All the money we make from room hire goes back into keeping the library open.

The Play Room and Basement at 21 Winchester Road are also great for children’s parties. Pricing is the same and in the Basement you can hire our Pool Table and Table Tennis for £20. We also have rooms for classes, meetings and events.
