Please note for parties and meetings

• The definition of a party is a gathering with music, food and/or entertainment. If you have 15 + guests it will be deemed as a party and if you are celebrating an occasion it will also be deemed as a party (i.e birthday party, baptism, holy communion, bar mitzvah, anniversary etc).
• Please note if you choose to use the Basement as a meeting and it is deemed as a party you will be charged an additional fee.
• You will need to ensure any rubbish is removed from the venue and nothing that you have brought with is left behind. Please leave the space as you found it.
• Bouncy Castles / Animals / Fireworks / Helium Balloons /Foam and/or Snow Machines are not permitted for Health & Safety Reasons. You will be liable to make an additional payment if any of the above are brought into the Winch.
• You are not responsible for the vacuuming and mopping of the venue.

The Play Room is a sunlit ground floor space perfect for your child’s Birthday party as well as large group activities, workshops, and clubs for up to 40 people. From cleaning services to access to our fantastic facilities, we cover it all. Book your party with us and be treated to a hassle-free, fun-filled event in a safe and stimulating environment.

Hire the Studio

Introducing our newly refurbished Dance Studio, situated on the first floor, designed with versatility in mind. Perfect for fitness classes, rehearsals, and drama sessions, this spacious area allows for uninhibited movement and creativity. Whether you need it for a one-time event or recurring sessions, we’ve got you covered.

Bookings are available for weekdays, evenings, and weekends, priced at £50 per hour. Please be mindful that only water is permitted in this room; food and other beverages are not allowed.

Maggie’s Room is our newly refurbished tranquil and bright space. It is the perfect space for a therapy session or a meeting of up to 5 people.

Hire the Kitchen

The Kitchen at 21 Winchester Road is a fully equipped, bright kitchen with utensils, a range oven, and small tables and chairs for around 10 people. Kitchen availability and hire are restricted to half days on weekday evenings.
