We are looking for a relational and committed Youth Worker to deliver high-quality, strengths-based sessions for undeserved communities in Camden.

Are you a champion for youth leadership and systemic equity? This role sits at the intersection of frontline youth work and strategic policy influencing, focusing specifically on dismantling the systemic inequalities that lead to disproportionate school exclusions.

Head of Youth
The Winch is seeking a visionary Head of Youth to champion the potential of young people aged 11–25. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable navigating high-level partnerships and ensuring the grassroots delivery of life-changing services.

Deputy Play Manager
Join the Winch and help create joyful, safe and inspiring spaces where children can thrive through play.
We’re looking for a skilled and caring Deputy Play Manager to help lead our after-school and holiday play provision for children aged 4–11.
