An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
Transitions is a session based on supporting children progressing from Primary School to Secondary School.
It runs every Tuesday 4-6pm including activities such as: cooking, arts and crafts, playing games, listening to music and the best opportunity to meeting new people and making friends!
