This friendly pilates class is for all ages and abilities. All are welcome including complete beginners. The class will follow classical mat pilates movements focusing on core strength, complete body toning, stability, flexibility and balance.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a highly effective movement based therapy most commonly likened to Yoga and the Alexander technique. Pilates differs however, by enhancing the mind and body togetherness, and is not meditative. Pilates will:
Strengthen and lengthen the entire body.
Improve core strength and flexibility.
Improve coordination and balance.
Relax the mind and body.
Ease back pain.
Help you to lose weight.
Complement your existing exercise regime.
