Do you, or someone you know, need a little extra help?
The Winch Community Hub
The Winch Community Hub has been set up to help our community manage the impact of the coronavirus. We are here to support everyone that needs some extra help. We are prioritising:
- People who are self-isolating, with deliveries of food and prescription medicines
- People facing financial difficulties, or just struggling with the impact of the lock down, with food and care packages
- Anyone who needs a friendly phone call or a regular check-in
If you need a little help, or know someone who does, please contact us.
You can call us 9am-5pm on weekdays on: 07526 555679.
If you cannot reach The Hub Coordinator, please register for support below. We will get back to you as soon as we can, and within 48 hours at the latest.

Learn more about The Hub
Who can The Hub offer assistance to?
The Winch Community Hub supports the most affected by the coronavirus and physical distancing in the Swiss Cottage and Belsize wards of Camden.
This includes people unable to leave their home due to underlying health conditions, older people living alone, families in temporary accommodation, and young people who could benefit from additional support. If you are worried about someone, and they are not listed above, please contact us to see if we can help in anyway.
What happens after I register for support?
The Hub Coordinator will be in touch within 48 hours to explore how we can best help you.
I know someone who would benefit from support from The Hub, how do I refer them?
Click on the ‘Register for Support’ button above. You will need the person’s consent, and their contact details. We will also ask for your contact details.
How will you use my personal information?
We will only use your personal information to arrange your support, and it will only be shared with the volunteer or partner organisation providing your support.
