Play creates an environment in which children experience family, freedom and growth.
Play comprises our daily After-School Club and holiday playschemes, incorporating a wide range of activities and trips which create a safe and stimulating environment for children’s wellbeing and development.
Play runs after-school clubs every day of the school year, and all-day play schemes during the school holidays.
Up to 30 children come along to our daily after-school club, participating in activities ranging from cooking to sewing to exercise to arts, crafts and sports.
We work with up to 90 children during the course of a given holiday play scheme. Previous themes include Black History and Let’s Play, with a wide variety of onsite activities and days out, for example to Butlins, Legoland, Kew Gardens and the Maritime, RAF and Science museums.
